Default Holyday items -> Remote collector items

I think that lots of the fun holyday items should be more availble than just from an event. I like the still buyable ricecakes for instance.

Ghost in a Box, snow man summons, Witch brew, etc.

However, I think that the Items should be a bit harder to get than just visiting an outpost and buy them. Especially when there are npcs alone in the zones that should have better trades.

We have some "useless" armor collectors in remote areas . (They are offering non max armors). Well, Those collectors should offer max armor to those that visit them wearing max armor, imho.

My idea is that the "useless" armor collectors could offer more usefull stuff. Like the holyday items. This would encourage more people to explore & visit the lonely in zone collectors & merchants.

Well perhaps some of thetrade for items should be increase, so its not as cheap as the example of 5 carr carvings. However some of the trade items are rather timeconsuming to get, in opposed to getting cash and buying simply buying materials from a npc.
